Energy Upgrade Auditor
The basic function of the Energy Upgrade Auditor is to visit
commercial and industrial facilities, skillfully and effectively
capture existing installed lighting and control equipment, se-
lect and design energy saving replacements, and prepare ener-
gy saving upgrade proposals.
Responsibilities
· Complete FSG in house training program on lighting and controls
technology, specification and design.
· Utilize FSG Ipad for audit data capture
· Energy Audits: Perform a walk-through analysis of a prospects
facility and offices to gather specific detailed data of the existing
lighting systems and controls currently in use. Generate a review
of on-site facility data, identify demand and usage reduction op-
portunities and provide an assessment of project scope.
Energy Services Senior Account Executive
Facility Solutions Group (FSG), the largest lighting distributor and
non-union electrical contractor in the country, is looking to add an
experienced, executive level salesperson to its Energy Services
team, based in Perth Amboy, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record developing and closing large (>$500,000)
energy service and performance contracting deals to the commer-
cial, industrial, healthcare, college/university and public sectors,
and will be familiar with IoT as it relates to lighting technology.
While this position will be based in the greater NYC area, we ex-
pect client and sales development will encompass national expo-
sure.

The Energy Auditor will perform the following tasks: Perform on-site energy audits in commercial, industri-
al, and institutional facilities; Perform desktop and field measurement and verifica-
tion of energy efficiency using tablet and mobile devic-es;
Perform facility-level and corporate-level profiling and benchmarking for energy use and carbon emissions to support client supply and sustainability goals;
Identification and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, calculation of potential energy savings and report preparation utilizing provided software; and
Perform condition assessment of lighting, MEP and building shell in commercial, government, industrial and multifamily residential facilities.

MEI’s energy supply consulting services group, including business development;
Develop client-specific strategic energy supply plans pri-marily for portfolios of electricity and natural gas ac-counts, and implement such plans over a multi-year term;
Analyze load profiles and tailor supply products to clients’ needs;
Monitor relevant forward markets, and recommend and implement hedging strategies;

Monitor and report on contract performance relative to client budgets and market trends;

Educate clients on the regulated and non-regulated as-pects of the energy markets.

The Efficiency Network DG—CHP Project Development Manager
We are currently seeking an entrepreneurially-minded Distributed Generation (DG) – Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Project Devel-opment Manager to develop and provide expertise in assessing, designing, scoping and pricing DG, CHP and energy efficiency projects for our customers.
Reporting to The Efficiency Network’s (TEN) Vice President, Pro-ject Development, the primary responsibility of this project devel-opment position will be to lead the development, award and sign-ing of contracts with customers of the Company. This position is viewed as being critical to the success of the business long term and is also seen as a significant growth area for the Company.
Candidates should have a strong functional knowledge and expe-rience in the economics and engineering necessary for developing DG and CHP projects. A working knowledge of energy technolo-gies, including conventional and renewable power generation is essential. Experience with solar photovoltaics and wind power is also a plus. Preferred candidates will have the experience in de-veloping the financial models and economic justifications to sup-port the early assessment of opportunities, and the ability to craft feasibility analyses, investment grade audits and plant optimiza-tion studies.

Call For Chapter Awards Nominations DEADLINE : January 15, 2017
Every year, the GPAEE presents Awards to energy professionals who have achieved promi-
nence in their field. We rely fully on you, our members and affiliates, to nominate those you
feel deserve the recognition and award. Nominations are being accepted now and winners
will be recognized at the February 2017 meeting.
Through our Awards Program, we are able to recognize the important work being done in en-
ergy by individuals, organizations, and corporations. By identifying those who exemplify the
very best in their fields, energy professionals are honored and the industry is advanced. Lo-
cal nominees also provide the platform for recommendations for the national AEE Regional
Awards, honored each year at WEEC.
Please take the short amount of time that is needed and submit your nomination. Nomina-
tion ballots must be received by January 15, 2017.
