The appoint- ment of the candidate shall be regulated in terms of SRO 202 dated: 30.06.2015. The appointee shall be initially on probation for a period of five years. The appointee shall have to necessarily work for a period of five years on the post against which he has been appointed and such appointee shall not be eligible for transfer for whatsoever reason during the tempo- rary service of five years. The appointee appointed on the basis of being a resident of backward area or an area adjoining to Line of Actual Control shall serve in such areas for a period of not less than seven years. During the period of first five years, the appointee shall be entitled to the minimum of scale of pay alongwith the grade pay applicable to the post against which appointed. The appointee shall after completion of five years period on probation be entitled to fixation of pay in the pay band applicable to the post against which he is appointed. The appointee shall be entitled to annual increments, Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance and City compensatory Allowance after successful completion of his five years service on consolidated salary. The appointee shall be entitled to the benefits under the Medical Attendance Rules and Leave Rules from the date of his appointment itself. The seniority of the appointee appointed under these rules shall reckon from the date of his appointment. The period spent on probation/consolidated salary shall also reckon for purposes of calculating the qualifying service of the appointee for pensioner and other benefits provided under rules. The appointee shall report to the Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Rajouri within a period of 21 days who will allow him to join only after production of following certificates/testimonials in original:- 1/ Academic Qualification Certificate. 2/ Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate. 3/ Health & Vision Certificate issued by the CMO 4/ Permanent Resident Certificate. 5/ Technical Qualification, if any. 6/ Character Certificate. 7/ MPMV, MB, HGV Driving License. 8/ Relevant Category Certificate (in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories) 9/ Certificate from the General Manager DIC concerned and Deputy Director, Employment concerned to the effect that no loan under Self Employment Scheme has been taken. 10/ Undertaking on an Affidavit duly attested by the First Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that the docu- ments submitted are genuine and in case the documents proved fake or forged at any stage, the appoint- ment shall be liable for cancellation ab-initio. In case appointee fails to join within the period of 21 days his appointment shall be deemed to have been can- celled without any further notice.
