• The committee is composed of 7 or 9 members who serve either as individuals or as representatives of legal entities

Founders Committee Mandate
• Will guide the process that defines and creates the MENA NWC
• Acquire legal expertise to draft the appropriate legal instruments for creating and operating the Network and validate the legal instruments
• • Finalize the Profile of the MENA NWC : Objectives, legal
structure, management, financial and administrative structures, and broad principles of operation
• legally create the MENA NWC and make it operational
• Will guide the process that defines and creates the MENA NWC

Founders Committee Mandate • The first act of the FC will be to prepare and approve its
own operating procedures
• Prepare a strategy for mobilizing funds and launch fundraising activities
• Nominate members of the Board
• The mandate of the FC will end when the MENA NWC Board is seated
• The FC is supported in its work by the Interim Management Unit
