Programme

The National Housing Federation is the voice of affordable housing in England. We believe that everyone should have the home they need at a price they can afford. That’s why we represent the work of housing associations and campaign for better housing. Our members provide two and a half million homes for more than five million people. And each year they invest in a diverse range of neighbourhood projects that help create strong, vibrant communities.

How to prepare for a deep-dive with the regulator This session will allow you to get up close and personal with the regulator and find out exactly what they expect from you when conducting an in-depth assessment (IDA). Gain tips and insight from a housing association that has experienced it first-hand as part of the initial round of deep dives. If you‘ve already had one yourself this session will give you the chance to compare outcomes. Mick Warner, Deputy Director for Regulatory Operations, Homes and Communities Agency (HCA)

Heather Renton, Company Secretary, Family Mosaic

Active Chair: John Edwards, Company Secretary, Hyde Housing
