Introduction
Through a series of multistakeholder analyses, workshops, and technological development projects, Sergeant Palmares will produce reports with recommendations for an improved strategic framework for Support to Civil Administration and other Civil Affairs (CA) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) functions.
