4:00 – 5:00P "Got GRIT?!” What Makes a Good RA

What Makes a Good RA?

Group brainstorms to create list of qualities, skills, attributes, and competencies that a great RA should possess.

Program Evaluation

Groups broken up by hall, Share high’s and low’s

Resident Directors to transcribe RA’s thoughts

Bring it On! Cheer Competition (5 Minutes)

Listen to Directions and Find your partners (1 min)

Create your Cheer (3 min) Prepare a “floor” cheer that is no longer than 15

seconds long.

Has to include something about Vibrant Community College (VCC), Francois Hall, or your individual floor.

Present your Cheer! (15 seconds/group: 1min total)
