Make our environments inviting and fun, but also safe and secure.

Teach Truth - using God’s word as our one true source.

Partner with families to empower parents as their child’s primary spir-itual caregivers.

Do everything with excellence. Our programming is intentional and infused with quality content.

Keep it kid-friendly! From nursery to grade school - we engage your child at their level.

We have ministries for children Nursery - Grade 5 during all three ser-vices each Sunday. We would be honored to have your child w ith us at Grace and hope to see you soon!

DAN & APRIL MCKEE, Encompass World Partners, Japan After a long and challenging period of preparation, the McKees are at the 85% support level and are hoping to leave for Japan in the summer of 2019. Their goal is to min-ister thru wilderness activities and adventure sports in an

atmosphere similar to a Christian camp, seeking to evangelize and dis-ciple those who are attending. Their area of ministry is planned to be in the Japanese Alps, not far from where the Junker family has served. In the coming months, Dan and April will be attending a language acquisi-tion class, followed by a five week cross cultural training course during the summer. Dan grew up at GCC; he and April are regularly among us along with their son Lincoln. They are available to visit your Sunday School class and share plans for future ministry in Japan. Pray for them as they are preparing their hearts and minds for ministry and as they seek to raise their support level to 100%

Please note your prayer requests on today’s Connection Card. Also, remember to tell us how God answers.

† Our love and sympathy to Debbie Osborn and family on the homegoing of her husband Michael. Visitation is today 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Baue Memorial Gardens, 3950 W. Clay, St. Charles followed by at service at 12:00 pm. Memorial Gifts may be made to Grace Community Chapel or the Alzheimer Association in Michael’s honor.

† Pray for God’s comfort for Letty Beem and family in the sudden death of Letty’s 21 year old grandson, Austin.

† Praise! Stacy Koenig’s leg and foot contraption was removed earlier this week. Her surgery went well to remove the rods and the pain is much relieved. She will be in a non-weight bearing boot for the next two weeks. After that she should be able to try walking on it. Please continue to pray for a quick recovery. Stacy wishes to thank everyone for their continued prayers.

† Kukla Finnegan’s stepmom, Sue is not doing well. The infection has spread, her lungs have fluid, and she is on IVIG antibiotics daily for the next five weeks. Sue is very overwhelmed; however, she stated she knows who is in control. We are asked to continue to pray because our prayers are so helpful and comforting.

† Cliff Turner would like prayers for their grandson, Ryan, to find employment.

† Karis Burrit - My daughter, Samantha, was diagnosed with scoliosis last week. She is 12 years old. Prayers will be appreciated.

† Gary and Arlene Chapman ask for prayers for their son, Corey, who lost his job. They pray he will find and accept the one God wants for him.

T. who is in jail. and for Cortney C. who has Hodgkin’s disease. † Debby Helzerman asks for prayer for Jean’s salvation! She is almost 95

and says “I am not ready” to pray that prayer. She would also like prayer for her cousin Kelly in Florida to surrender completely to the Lord and allow Him to deliver her from alcoholism.

† Joy Stanfill would like prayer for Bud’s niece, Renee, who has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Please pray for Renee and for wisdom for her doctors in making treatment decisions.

† A graveside service for Ted Kalivoda will be held in Georgia. Pray for unity within the family. If you would like to read Ted’s obituary use this link https://www.baue.come/current-obituaries and search for Dr. Theodore Kalivoda.

† Cyndi Tomazi had her first chemo treatment this past week. She was very nervous and has a blood clot in her left arm. Pray for God’s peace, for the blood clot to go away, and for her doctors.
