What’s the Problem?

•  Users have many applica1ons open, but only a few are ac1ve – Background apps consume resources

•  Network-‐based PCRF / TDF func1ons can only respond when traffic leaves RAN

•  RAN traffic is beyond detec1on capabili1es of current solu1ons
