The OptiGrip tyre, with SmartWear Technology, retainsexcellent performance even when it's worn, because newgrooves and new compound appear as the tyre wears down.The SmartWear Technology features a highly advanced treaddesign as well as a unique layered combination of twocompounds.

As the tyre tread wears down, hidden channels below thetread surface are revealed to facilitate efficient waterevacuation, enabling the worn tyre to retain its resistance toaquaplaning. The dual-layered compound ensures high levelsof grip and vehicle control on wet during the tyre’s entirelifetime. Tyre handling performance on dry is ensured with the3D interlocking mechanism.
