GOODBYE LAZY DAYS, HELLO BUSY DAYS! The lazy days of summer are officially over and we’re in the thick of the busy Fall season. Between working from home, driving the kids to the moon and back, running errands what feels like constantly and fulfilling school obligations (this crazy nut right here over-volunteered herself this year) I rarely have time to cook a full-blown homemade meal during the week. In an attempt to not give up on homemade meals I pulled together a little mom magic, creative thinking and internet research to help create this mini chicken pot pie recipe. This recipe is real food, real fast and perfect for eating on the go. Dinner has never been so easy! This is a sponsored post, all opinions are our own. Ingredients:TraditionalProgressoChickenNoodleSoup1CanofFlakyRefrigeratorBiscuits

Directions:Preheatoverto375degrees.Separate8flakyrefrigeratorbiscuitsintotwohalves.Flattenwithyourpalmsorarollingpintoanapproximate5ʺcircle.SprayyourmuffintinwithPamthoroughly.Placeonebiscuitintoeachmuffincup.DrainbrothfromProgressoChickenNoodleSoupandstoreforanotherday.Place2tablespoonsofProgressoChickenNoodleSoupintoeachbiscuitcup.Useanotherbiscuittocover,sealingtheedgesasmuchaspossible.Brushtopsofbiscuitswithbutter.Placeinovenandbakefor14-16minutes.Enjoy!
