VINCENT’S WHALE FEST Friday, July 28: opening ceremonies 12:00pm, then lunch in the hall and entertainment by St. Pat’s Dancers—treats and drinks for children; talent show ($5 admission) with music and friends at 8:30 pm. Saturday, July29: brunch will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00pm; Santa Clause parade/car show at 2:00 pm and back to hall for gifts, prizes, and treats; outdoor dance ($10 admission; 19+) 10:00pm until 2:00am with beer tent and canteen. Sunday, July 30: Pre-ordered cold plates ($8) and free hot dogs and hamburgers for kids will be served after cemetery mass at the hall; wheel spins with excellent prizes and entertainment for kids from 1:00pm to 5:00pm after—face painting, magic, and balloon artist for children; our festivities will end with a wiener roast, bonfire, and fireworks at 8:00pm at Holyrood pond. RIVERHEAD-COOTES POND DAYS A get together consisting of a wiener roast, a bobber race, and firework by the bridge in Riverhead will be taking place on Sunday, July 23 at 7:00pm. Bring along chairs, food, and refreshments. Everyone is welcome! CHASE THE ACE is held every Sunday at the Town's Municipal Building in St. Vincent’s by St. Vincent’s - St. Stephen’s - Peter's River Fire Department. The ace pot is starting at $2,126.00 on July 23! Tickets are sold from 1:00pm – 2:00pm prior to the draw at 2:30pm. Also on sale each week are tickets for a 50/50 draw! Thank you for your support!
