This program is held at Eagle Glen Golf Club (1800 Eagle Glen Pkwy., 92883) and is a great opportunity to meet people across a variety of industries. Doors open at 6:45am. The meeting runs from 7:15am to 8:45am. A breakfast buffet is included. Exhibitors may arrive starting at 6:00am and must be ready when the doors open. Any media to be presented on event day is due one week prior, along with the name, title, and phonetic spelling of your organization's representative to be introduced. An updated expected attendance count (avg. +/- 100) will be given to you three days before the event. Sponsorships are not exclusive, but every effort will be made to not book competing companies/industries unless there's a special theme . Payment secures your sponsorship and is due within 30 days of signing this contract. Main s ponsors are promoted the entire year once confirmed. No refunds provided.
