To do this, we require a washboard stomach, and the good news is you don’t even need to leave your house to get the flat stomach you require. GOOD LUCK! “The idea is to target adipose tissue directly around the abdomen!” explains Potts. “Use this protocol two to three times per week (ideally directly following a whole body resistance workout).
