Lillian Cuda is a self taught artist, born on February the 22nd, 1993. Mainly working with watercolour pencils and fine tip col-oured markers, for her traditional pieces – but is branching into more mixed media, and also enjoys working with charcoal. Lily is also immersed in textile artwork, currently starting off small but cultivating ideas for much larger projects. - Q&A - Where did you get your inspiration from for the designs? I get inspiration from various sources. To me a sketchbook is a way to rough out some ideas for works. I don’t draw artworks in sketchbooks, it will destroy the works over time, also the paper grade is not as high as I use for my works because of my medi-ums.

Do you think its important for artists to keep a sketchbook? I think its handy to have a sketchbook to rough out your ideas in when you don’t have time to sit down and commit to a full art-work, but it really depends how you work, what your schedule is and how commited you are to creating art. www.facebook.com/Witchhboy [email protected]
