PSLE T-Score is a reflection of the child’s performance relative to his/her cohort for this year.
Calculation of PSLE T-Score
1. Each of the subject EL, MT, MA and SC carries the same weighting in the computation of the Aggregate Score.
2. The mark of each subject is converted to a transformed-score (T-score).
3. The T-scores of the 4 subjects are then totaled to give the Aggregate Score.

Pupils Who Qualify for N(T) Course
• can also apply to Crest Secondary School (CSS) and
Spectra Secondary School (SSS)
• CSS and SSS offer an alternative educational pathway
for pupils eligible for the N(T) course who have an
interest in practice-oriented, hands-on learning.
• As CSS and SSS do not participate in S1 Posting
Exercise, pupils are to apply directly to CSS and
SSS. Interested pupils should refer to the Letter of
Invitation and Application Form or the schools’ website
(CSS: www.crestsec.edu.sg;
SSS: www.spectra.edu.sg) for more details of the
application process and timeline).
Appeal for Transfer• Appeals will only be considered on exceptional basis for students
with:– Serious medical conditions, such as chronic heart conditions or kidney
problems.
– Dyslexia or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
– Severe physical disabilities, such as those requiring permanent use of a wheelchair.
• All appeals must be accompanied by relevant supporting documents, such as medical reports, letters from doctors.
• If you intend to appeal for transfer, your child must still report to their posted school on Monday, 23 December.
• The staff at your child’s posted secondary school will help to file your appeal.
• MOE will respond to all appeals by early January.
