Howto get started with Monti?You get started for only $1,500.

You pay only $7.75 per patient and it only goes down in price from there as more patients are added to the Monti system you received agreed upon discounts.

For that amount, your patients receive 2 questions per day and access to the entire, customized, InShapeMD digital library. Any forms they fill out will go directly to you or your staff via email for a full 30 days.

Along with your exclusive agreement with Monti, your franchise will have it’s own digital library for your patients.

Your total for exclusivity and set-up is only $3,000. You pay only $1,500 to get started with $750 due 30 days from start date and the remaining balance of $750 due 60 days from start date.

Your monthly fees will be billed at the close of each month and due within 15 days.
