These workouts are broken into 3 topics with 3-4 exercises. All exercises should take you about 10-15 minutes depending on your personal speed.
I recommend to go step by step through all the exercieses without leaving out a single one. This will guarantee you the best preparation possible for your range shots and you will be able to have longer range and better stability.
