  • Statement of Inquiry:

    The golden ratio can be found everywhere including nature and as well as people. This task aims to inform us about how a simple rectangle can be used in several things.

    To the human eye, this face might not look pretty but according to mathematics, this face is perfect!

  • How Does it Work?The Golden Ratio is an Irrational Number, which means thats you cannot write it as a simple fraction. For a matter of fact, its the furthest you can get from a simple fraction.

    The Golden Ratio is special because its defined in terms of itself which can go on to fractions that go on forever (continued fraction)

    *Those whose faces average closest toward phi are considered attractive.*

  • Fibonacci NumbersThe Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci Numbers have a special relationship. Fibonacci Numbers: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377
