Each of the rst four tour stops featured unique settings and opportunities to encourage female rid- ers to get on trails, try new gear and overcome barriers that may have kept them from enjoying mountain biking. All of the events exceeded expectat ions with hi gh par ticipation, extremely positive feedback and massive skill improv ement. September 2011- Partnering with SRAM for the 2011 Gold

Rusch Tour has allowed Rebecca to reach out to women and girls and

encourage them to ride their bikes. Each of the rst four tour stops

featured unique settings and opportunities to encourage female rid-ers to get on trails, try new gear and overcome barriers that may have

kept them from enjoying mountain biking. All of the events exceeded

April 14 - 17: Ladies Lounge, Sea Otter classi

• 3 days of Ladies Only clinics with SRAM Pro Riders and female mechanic

• 300+ women participated

June 11 - 12: beti bike bash, Denver, cO

• one day of clinics and one day of racing with SRAM pros

• premier women’s only mountain bike race with 200+ participants

• two days of SRAM Ride Experiece 2 x 10 Sprinter Van

June 17 - 19: Ashland Super-D Media camp, Ashland, OR 

• 6 female writers and editors ride Ashland Super-D trails with Rebecca, Katie Holden & Lindsey Voreis

• writers use SRAM 2 x 10 drivetrains, participate in race, learn a lot

June - July: Wheel Girls Mountain bike clu, Sun Valley, ID

• rst girls only MTB club in Sun Valley (ages 12-17)

• girls learn to love the bike and their trails; amazing personal achievements

• riders inspired by US XC National Championships, riding with Lea Davision and Katie Holden

Otoer 6-8: NYc Uran Media Tour, Highridge Park, NYc

• 3 days of media meetings, rides, women’s bike clinics and SRAM 2 x 10 Experience
