Well the new Head Graphene Radical has arrived in store at last. The new radical now has 4 models with different beam width to give the new Radical range a much greater playing appeal to a lot more players. So this is something radically different from Head!

The new Graphene Radical replaces the soft, plush feel that the previous Radical range had typically possessed with this new range being something crisper, livelier and more modern. The addition of Graphene technology aims to improve the manoeuvrability and rock solid feel of the YOUTEK IG Radical to make this new Radical range an easier racquet to swing yet is still ultra stable from all areas of the court. Access to spin is easy, and although it's a little stiffer and crisper, there's still plenty of feel and responsiveness off the stringbed at contact.

This could be the racquet of choice in the new Head racquet line for 2014! Aggressive baseliners and all-court players who are looking to update to the latest technology should really take a serious look at the new Head Graphene Radical range.

The new Radical is now equipped with Graphene to come in line with the Head Speed & Head Instinct racquets. By adding Graphene to the new racquets it gives the racquet a different swing feel and provides better manoeuvrability and stability while giving the racquet a lighter weight feel. Graphene is the world's strongest and lightest material. Graphene provides Head Radical with the ability to have an optimal redistribution of weight to create even more speed in every shot. Graphene is integrated into the racquet shaft for increased stability. The Head Radical has had the weight in the racquet moved to the tip and grip of the racquet which provides better manoeuvrability and increased swing weight (for a lighter total mass). With less weight in the middle of the racquet you get a racquet which is easier to swing and enables even more powerful shots.

The Head Graphene Radical has 4 models in the range and this being the following

So if you want to upgrade from your current racquet - maybe you’re seeking more power, more control, more comfort... or a little of all three. Now is the time to come and talk to the friendly staff at Sportys Warehouse to help you have making the correct choice on that new tennis racquet.

The Tennis Plus Academy is an exciting venture in tennis player development and high performance pathway programming.

Based at Queens Park Tennis Centre, The Tennis Plus Academy represents a new and innovative beginning in tennis player development. Combining a rst class vocational education with a high performance tennis training program student athletes are given the skills and knowledge to excel in a professional tennis environment. We have the best coaches and trainers available to ensure that our students are provided the best possible advantage in furthering their tennis and professional careers.

Through the Tennis Excellence Program, students are subjected to an intense training regime with a timetable structured around the study of three vocational education qualications. “Education and High Performance sports coaching are becoming increasingly linked. Athletes are looking for programs that allow them to gain an education while not interrupting their training and competition schedule,” says Tennis Plus Academy’s Director Grant Anderson.

Aspiring tennis players enter the Tennis Excellence Program with the aim of giving themselves the best opportunity to further their tennis ability. Each week student athletes supplement their studies with 20 plus hours on court with expert coaches. One of the reasons the educational outcomes of the program are so appealing is due to the integration of student’s theoretical studies with the practical applications they receive throughout the high performance-coaching program. “Any tennis player with the desire to improve and succeed in the sport needs to develop their ability to learn not only on the court but also in the classroom. The innovative combination of education delivery and tennis coaching developed through our Tennis Excellence Program is the ideal environment for players to maximise their success,” says Director of Coaching John Birrell.

On completion of our Tennis Excellence Program students are ideally prepared to continue their career in professional sport. The real advantage of studying with the Tennis Plus Academy is the ongoing support students receive in gaining scholarships to USA colleges or proceeding to further tertiary studies at University to further their academic and tennis futures.

There are many amazing health benets of Coconut oil that includes fat loss and better brain function.

Coconut oil contains a unique combination of fatty acids with powerful medicinal properties that go straight to the liver from the digestive tract. They are used as quick source energy or turned into so-called ketone bodies, which can have therapeutic effects on brain disorders like epilepsy and Alzheimer’s.

The medium chain triglycerides in coconut oil have been shown to increase 24-hour energy expenditure by as much as 5%, potentially leading too signicant weight loss over the long term. The Lauric acid and monolaurin Coconut oil can kill bacteria, viruses and fungi, helping to stave off infections. The fatty acids in Coconut oil are turned into ketones. The MCTs in coconut oil can increase blood concentration of ketone bodies, which can help reduce seizures in epileptic children.

Coconut oil can improve blood cholesterol levels and may lower your risk of heart disease.Coconut oil can be applied topically as well. It is effective as a skin moisturizer and protecting against hair damage. It can also be used as a mild form of sunscreen and as mouthwash.

Supplementing 30 mL of coconut oil per day lead to a signicant reduction in both BMI and waist circumference in a period of 12 weeks.

Choose organic, virgin coconut oil for cooking instead any other oil or butter. It's the only oil that doesn't change into toxicity in high temperatures.
