• The energy conservation measures (ECM) proposed for inclusion in the project are as follows:

• • High-efficiency cooling provided by new rooftop units

• • Variable speed control on air handling units, which allows fans to slow down when

• demand is low.

• • Replacement of existing windows with insulated, low-e glazing systems.

• • LED lighting in all spaces, fixture count per lighting drawings.

• • Additional insulation being installed along with roof replacement.

• • Low-flow plumbing allows not only water savings but hot water energy savings.
