G.O.L is an NGO dedicated to empower, engage and train youth and young people so that they can become more
qualified for the job market, G.O.L training field (Social Entrepreneurship, Career Development & Soft skills) GOLTeam
We are trying to unleash Egyptian youth potential skills, to meet the market needs, to be a qualified competitive
caliber, to have entrepreneurial thinking abilities to be business owner in the future, G.O.L has helped more than 6000
egyptian youth till now and run more than 70 different training and have connection with more than 30 professional
trainers in different fields, G.O.L is currently working with US Embassy in Cairo at IRC (Information Resource Center)
and funded by Ashoka Youth Venture. We are running G.O.L training in a monthly bases , we are offering training
between 3 – 5 days every month with 5 hours training every day in one of G.O.L training fields.

Dec. 2014 Human Resource Management Training – Recruitment & Selection
Trainer: Engy Samir
Objective: The program targets graduates who have between 6 months – 1 year experiences in the field of HR
especially in Recruitment & Selection, Ms. Engy Samir has more than 10 years experiences in the field of Human
Resource sharing her experiences was valuable as she has explained new different methods of the recruitment &
selection starts from local to multinational companies.
Nov. 2014 Social Media Training for Entrepreneurs
Trainer: Kareem Samara
Objective: The program targets entrepreneurs that part of their marketing plan tool using social media to reach to
their customers, Mr. Kareem has taught the entrepreneurs the tools that they can use to build a brand for their
products & services beside teaching the entrepreneurs to build and keep their own voice via social media by using
slagons which they have built by themselves.
Oct. 2014 Business Planning Training for Entrepreneurs
Trainer: Sherin Hamouda
Objective: The program targets entrepreneurs who are in the idea phase; Ms. Sherin has explained all the important
sections that should be written in the business plan beside quick introduction about entrepreneurship concept and
difference between business model and business plan.
Sept. 2014 Build Your Success Story
Trainer: Mohamed El-Sherif Mohamed Yasser Samir Aly
Objective: The program targets undergrads & Grads to share with them the tools that they need to be able to compete
in the job market by three professional trainers who shared their expertise on how to write your resume, how to pass
interview, work ethics and some other soft skills which are required through the daily work tasks e.g. presentation
skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, team work and time management.

Objective: The program targets entrepreneurs who are in the idea phase, the program consists of three topics (project

update their logos and slogans upon their vision and mission and use project management tools to implement their
actions plans to reach to their goals and then to their visions.

Objective: The program targets entrepreneurs who are in the idea phase to teach them the marketing definition,
marketing principles, how to build marketing plan and how to use social media tools to brand and position the

Objective: The program targets entrepreneurs who don’t have accounting or business background on how to
understand the basics of finance to be able to communicate and feel conformable with numbers and financial
statements.
November. 2013 Self Marketing workshop
Trainer: Mostafa Shahat
Objective: The programs targets undergrads & grads, by the end of the program participants will be able to know how
to apply for US Department of state scholarships, writing perfect resume, passing the job interview and work Ethics.
Oct. 2013 Implement leadership skills
Trainer: Nourhan Alaa Mohamed Samy
Objective: The program targets computer science and engineering students, who are in the final year to teach them
the important skills which they have to have to be able to build cooperative team in their graduation project, manage
their time and how to use their leadership skills to get the best of the members without pressure or forcing any
member to work by creating a work environment where they all are working together and believing in their idea.
June. 2013 Self Marketing Tools
Trainer: Mohamed El-Sherif
Objective: The program targets undergrads & Fresh grads, throughout the program participants will be able to learn
how use the online recruitment tools to find jobs, how to build strong profiles on Baty.com or LinkedIn.com and
importance of being well known as a profession in your field.

Objective: The program targets entrepreneurs who are in the idea phase; Ms. Sherin has explained all the important
sections that should be written in the business plan beside quick introduction about entrepreneurship concept and
difference between business model and business plan.
G.O.L Trainings are circulated for who have been in the in basics trainings will be invited automatically to the advanced
trainings, we are offering Integrated Solution & Practical, Real Life experiences, we are currently working with US
Embassy in Cairo at IRC “Information Resource Center” but we also worked before with “British Embassy in Cairo,
Cairo University, British University in Cairo, Menofeya University, Mansoura University, Fayoum University, Ain Sham
University, Helwan University, Syndicate of Commerce, Syndicate of Engineering, Syndicate of Doctors ”, most G.O.L
Trainers are MBA holders with more than 1000 hours offering training who volunteered to offer part of their time to
offer professional and useful training in one of G.O.L training field for Egyptian youth.
One of the best rewards for G.O.L is that G.O.L was part of AMENDS (The American Middle Eastern Network for
Dialogue at Stanford) at San Francisco, USA, AMENDS is an initiative at Stanford University that enables some of the
most promising youth change agents from across the Middle East, North Africa, and United States to learn from each
other, advance their work, and share, through TEDx style talks, their ideas and experiences with the world.
