I. God wants you to be saved (II Peter 3:9) – “ The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.”

II. God wants us to say thanks (I Thes. 5:18) – “ In everything give thanks; for this is God’ s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

II. God desires every believer to be sanctified (I Thes.4:3) – “ For this is the will of God, your sanctification; that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality.” I Samuel 16:7 - “ But the LORD said to Samuel, “ Do

not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”
