GreenguardThe GREENGUARD Certification Program, developed and administered by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI), is an industry-independent, third-party testing and certification program for products that emit low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, aldehydes, respirable particles and other indoor air pollutants. The GREENGUARD Environmental Institute was established in 2001, with the first product becoming GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified in 2002. In 2005, GEI introduced the GREENGUARD Children & Schools standard, the most stringent product emissions criteria to date. The GREENGUARD Environmental Institute is currently developing a health-based emission standard for residential, healthcare, educational and commercial environments.

Policy to Prevent Sexual Harassment at the work placeThe Company is committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere in which employees canwork together, without fear of sexual harassment, exploitation or intimidation. SCAMSGodrej employee Gold Coin fraud 2010
The company used to buy gold coins to give it to retailers and
distributors as an incentive for sales.“Amit Gaine, 51, former DGM (purchase), and his two associates,
Tushar Desai, 31, and Jitendra Saini, 32, for cheating,” Sunil Deshmukh
Gaine had placed certain orders for gold illegally without any authority and falsely projected himself as acting on behalf of the company. He forged the signatures of a few of officials to create false purchase orders.
GCPL has also filed a complaint against Gaine, who is now in custody
His services have been terminated.

Entrepreneur of the Year India Award in February 2013.
