ConsidertheFieldsintheTasksasdirectionsofwhatisneededforinput.
Type=Theactionthatistobetaken,ie.Arrange,Call,Log,etc.Task=TheWhat,ie.RestaurantReservations,TransportationServices,Massage.Vendor=TheWho,ie.TheIvyRestaurant,CareyLimousines.
Createanewtaskasfollows:
1.Clickonthedesiredtime(thebluehyperlink)whichrepresentsthetimethetaskistotakeplace.(Note:Youwillbepromptedtoenteryourpassword.)
2.BeginfillinginthefieldsfromLefttoRight,ToptoBottomtoinsureallfieldsarecovered.
3.Manyofthefieldsareprepopulated,simplyclickonthedropdownbuttonsforchoices.
