Steps you take for an Effective Goji Tasting Party:

Preparation• The key to Success for all GoChi Tasting Parties is in the

preparation. Preparation allows you to set the expectation high and make sure it is organized well. As the host of the GoChi Tasting Party you will be responsible for supplying GoChi and the majority of the preparation rests on your shoulders unless you make other accommodations.

The following are some “GoChi Tasting Party Tips” for the Host

GoChi Tasting PartiesRoom Setup:

• The best location for your GoChi Tasting Party is that place in your home where there is good lighting, adequate seating. It can be in the kitchen, living room or dining room.

• Set up a flipchart or whiteboard for everybody to see.

• Set the room for just 50% of the people you expect. Add seating space or chairs as needed.

• Display your GoChi Juice on the table so everyone who attends will be able to see it.

• Be sure to have a plan for children. The best scenario is to not to have children attend the GoChi Tasting Party as this can be disruptive if they are loud.

• Keep all pets out of the room.

• Turn the ringer down on all phones in the house. Let the answering machine handle calls.

• It is not necessary to provide food during the GoChi Tasting Party. If you want you can offer cheese and crackers, grapes, chips & salsa etc. (optional) just make it duplicatable.

• Have plenty of the FreeLife Sales Aids available throughout the house and on the table.

• 1. The Host – this is the person hosting the Party.

• 2. The Presenter – This is the ME who will be doing the presentation at the Tasting Party. They do it at a home or over the speaker phone. First we learn it, than we do it and last we teach the new ME. Now we evaluate those who present it.

• 3. The Guests – these are friends, family, neighbors, co-workers or other prospects that have been invited and are coming to the Tasting Party as guests of the host or other ME’s that are attending.

• 4. Marketing Executives – these are other FreeLife Marketing Executive’s that the host has invited for support. They also want to bring at least one new guest to see the GoChi-Presentation.

• Have them fill out a sign in sheet (optional) and put their name on a name tag regardless of the number of people joining your tasting.

• Offer water, crackers, cheese, grapes chips & salsa (optional).

• Definitely give everyone who shows 3 to 4 oz of the GoChi.

• Keep it simple and duplicatable for all ME’s

• Introduce guests and make sure they mingle with others.

• Begin relatively on time… okay to wait a little, but you always want to respect the time of the people who came on time.

• Hi Sue, this is Tom. How are you? Do you have a minute? Are you at home next Tuesday at 7PM? YES, WHY? You know that I care much about you and I wanted to invite you next Tuesday evening at 7 PM at my place for a tasting and a brief product overview. It will be similar to a wine tasting. I invited a couple of other friends and would like for you to join us as well. Can you make it? We’ll be done in less than an hour and please bring your husband/wife as well I haven’t seen you guys for a while. Okay, I’ll see you on Tuesday. Great, I will call you a day before to confirm. See you on Tuesday. Take care.


Invite for 7:00 PM on any selected day and mention that it will take no longer than 55

minutes and that we will start on time.

He/she also thanks the Host for opening up their home for this special evening by presenting the host with a gift (a perfect gift are any of FreeLife approved “tools”) that are nicely wrapped (make it special so other prospects/ME’s want to host a tasting in the future as well).
