• Lower costs for advertising (Currently Lightmark Media is working on my website to help generate traffic in order to move away from purchasing leads from third party)

• Implement new and cost effective advertising to increase the total leads per month to 130+ min (Currently receiving 85 usable leads on Average, which = 4-5 properties sold a month)

• Hire Admin & Acquisitions person to handle day to day operations/Answering service to take calls for leads/afterhours.

• Systemize business in order to help remove myself from the day to day operations.

• Ideas to help capitalize on my knowledge and ideas, e.g. write a book, sell systems, mentor new investors, sell leads to various markets…..
