USER GUIDE

Steps to register or renew Vehicle QR pass: 1. Go to http://www.bdnsw.gov.bn/Pages/Home.aspx and click the VES icon;

2. Fill in the required details and once completed, click Search;

3. This red information will appear: "Vehicle details entered are wrong or not available at this

moment. Please CLICK HERE to fill in the Online form and generate Vehicle Pass", please click

on the red information link to proceed;

4. The online application form will then appear. Kindly, complete all the required information;

5. Once done, click Vehicle Pass; 6. Please scroll down & click the check box to indicate that you have given correct information and

then click Print;

7. You may either screenshot the QR pass using your mobile phone or save to PDF and print (saving

to pdf can only be done if you use a computer);

8. For your information, VES is more compatible if you are using Google Chrome browser (especially

for apple products users (iPhone/iMac).

If you still cannot register and generate the Vehicle Pass, please kindly seek assistance from our officers at

the Customs office or Customs Control Post and bring along the following documents: 1. A copy of expired VES pass;

2. A copy of vehicle BlueCard;

3. Driver’s passport; and

4. Acknowledgement letter from the vehicle owner if the vehicle doesn’t belong to the driver.

VEHICLE ENTRY SYSTEM (VES) MANUAL PENGGUNA

Tatacara untuk mendapatkan atau membaharui Pas QR Kenderaan (VES):

1. Layari laman sesawang http://www.bdnsw.gov.bn dan klik ikon VES;

2. Isikan No Pendaftaran Kenderaan, No Enjin & No Rangka dan setelah lengkap, tekan ‘search’;

3. Notifikasi berwarna merah akan terpapar "Vehicle details entered are wrong or not available at this moment. Please CLICK HERE to fill in the Online form and generate Vehicle Pass", kemudian sila klik pada link notifikasi tersebut untuk meneruskan;

4. Seterusnya skrin akan memaparkan borang kenderaan secara atas talian (online) dan abiskita dikehendaki untuk mengisi maklumat dengan lengkap;

5. Abiskita seterusnya dikehendaki untuk menekan ‘Vehicle Pass’;

6. Pass Sementara akan muncul. Selepas itu abiskita dikehendaki skrol ke bawah dan menekan kotak kecil (tick box) yang menyatakan bahawa abiskita telah memberikan keterangan yang betul, dan seterusnya menekan Print;

7. Setelah itu baru lah kod QR kenderaan abiskita akan dipaparkan. Abiskita boleh screenshot pas kenderaan (jika menggunakan telefon bimbit), atau simpan dokumen pdf dan print (penyimpanan pdf hanya boleh dibuat menggunakan komputer);

*Sila ambil maklum penggunaan VES akan lebih berkesan jika menggunakan pelayar Google Chrome* (bagi pengguna

produk Apple (iPhone/iMac).

Bagaimanapun, jika sekiranya abiskita masih tidak dapat memperolehi Pas QR Kenderaan, abiskita adalah dipersilakan untuk berjumpa terus dengan Pegawai Kastam yang bertugas di Pejabat JKED atau Pos-Pos Kawalan Sempadan untuk meminta bantuan mengenai perkara ini dengan membawa dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan seperti berikut: 1. Pas Kenderaan VES yang lama (jika ada); 2. Salinan BlueCard; 3. Passport Pemandu; dan 4. Surat Kebenaran menggunakan kenderaan sekiranya kenderaan bukan milik pemandu (jika perlu). Ataupun, menghubungi Unit Perkhidmatan Pelanggan melalui nombor talian +673 2382361 semasa waktu pejabat iaitu: pada hari Isnin hingga Khamis dan Sabtu, pada 08.00 petang hingga 4.00 petang.
