By combining the things outdoor enthusiasts love - camping, music, gear, races, and demosthe Roanoke GO Fest is acelebration of everything outdoors.While various events and races will take place throughout the region, downtown RiversEdge Sports Complex will serve as festival headquarters. There will be something to keep people of all ages and interestsengaged and entertained.

The City of Roanokes Department of Parks and Recreation in partnership with Roanoke Outside would like to invite

you to participate!

Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in this popular and exciting event. Exhibitors will be accepted based on theproducts offered and the timing of when applications are received. Please return the attached application form and fees bySeptember 28. Approved exhibitors will be notified within FIVE business days via email or phone. You will then begiven specific instructions regarding times, loading, setup, etc. Fees are not refundable after September 28. If wereunable to accept your application your original (voided) check will be returned to you. Any checks received before July 1will be held to be deposited post July 1, which is our fiscal year turnover. All exhibitors must provide their own displays,tents, table and chairs and are responsible for paying Virginia sales tax as applicable. There will be no electricityavailable. You may bring your own silent generator. Please specify on the application that you will be bringing agenerator.

The standard size space for all approved exhibitors is 10 x 10 space. Fees cover all three days of the event.

General Exhibitor - Gold$500 (your logo listed on GO Fest website, logo placement on event t-shirts, company description on sponsor page of website,exhibitor booth/display, additional opportunities as they become available)

General Exhibitor - Bronze$150 (gives you exhibitor booth/display and additional opportunities as they become available)

General ExhibitorNon-Profit$50 (gives you exhibitor booth/display, must provide proof of non-profit status)

Additional 10 x 10 space (total space 10 x 20) - extra $100

Additional 10 x 20 space (total space 10 x 30) extra $200

Section VIndemnification and Authorized Signatures

The applicant hereby applies to occupy exhibitor space for the event described in this document and on any additional attachments. Applicant(s) agrees to be responsible for and pay,indemnify and hold harmless the City of Roanoke, its officers, officials, agents, employees, and volunteers against any and a ll loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneysfees, resulting from any claim or legal action of any nature whatsoever that may arise against the City in connection with the event or in connection with any of the rights andprivileges granted by the City the Applicant(s) and assign to the City of Roanoke, its nominees and agents, permission to use, publish and republish for purposes of advertising andtrade such use as the City may determine, in formation and reproductions of my likeness (photographic or otherwise) with or without identification of me by name.
