Registration Fee Fee covers full course documentations, refreshment and lunch. Full payment is required within 5 working days upon receipt of invoice. Payment must be made via credit card or electronic transfer. Seat is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Delegates will be responsible for their own accommodation. As an effort to save the environment, VMAC will only issue e-Invoice. Upon request, original Invoice will be presented to delegates at the event. This Contract is binding and will be enforceable; and that he/she has no basis to claim that any payments required under this Contract at any time are improper, disputed or unauthorized in any way. Delegate acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms of this contract, including, without limitation, the provisions relating to cancellation. Credit Voucher Policy A credit voucher of the investment value will be issued out to your group immediately once we've received the payment at your end. You will be allowed to use the credit voucher to attend any current or future VMAC events. This Credit Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issues and can only be redeemed against the cost of a further VMAC event. It is not exchangeable for cash. It can be used only once and must be surrendered at time of new booking(s). If value of the new booking(s) exceed the value of this credit voucher, the bearer must pay the difference. The credit voucher is valid only during the period stipulated – 1 year validity from date of issue. Confirmation Details After receiving payment a receipt will be issued. If you do not receive a letter outlining joining details two weeks prior to the event, please contact the event coordinator at VMAC Business Group training. Cancellation Policy A full refund less administration fee of USD 300 will be given for cancellation requests received not later that 21 working days before the event. Delegates who cancel less than 21 working days before the event, or who don’t attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refund can be given. However, if you wish to attend the next course, and you have paid your course fee in full, you will be given a credit voucher. Please note that you can only transfer once. Disclaimer VMAC Business Group reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any part of its published programme or venue due to unforeseen circumstances and will not accept liability for costs incurred by participants or their organizations for the cancellation of travel arrangements and/or accommodation reservations as a result of the course being cancelled or postponed. Advance notice will be given if there is such changes or cancellation. Delegates are recommended to take out travel insurance.
