Key advantages • Excellent toughness • Outstanding glove integrity • Good elasticity • Excellent softness and tactile feel • Optimum cost and performance balance Superior alternative to PVC gloves Improve conformable glove performance by switching from PVC to monolayer or coextruded 3-layer films comprising Vistamaxx polymers and mPE resins. Compared to a 71 micron PVC glove, gloves made with a 45 micron film consisting of Vistamaxx polymers and mPE resins provide: • Better toughness (tensile strength and elongation) • Improved elasticity • Outstanding softness • Reduced unit cost vs. PVC glove Performance upgrade versus cast PE (cPE) gloves Upgrade the performance of conventional cast PE gloves by using monolayer or coextruded 3-layer films comprising Vistamaxx polymers and mPE resins. In 45 micron films they offer: • Much higher toughness (improved tear resistance) • Improved softness • Excellent elasticity

Gloves with outstanding comfort, fit and toughness

Vistamaxx™ performance polymers

Manufacture conformable gloves with outstanding comfort and fit, and excellent toughness using formulations consisting of Vistamaxx™ performance polymers, Exceed™ metallocene polyethylene (mPE) and Enable™ mPE resins.

Key advantages

• Excellent toughness

• Outstanding glove integrity

• Good elasticity

• Excellent softness and tactile feel

• Optimum cost and performance balance

Superior alternative to PVC glovesImprove conformable glove performance by switching from PVC to monolayer or coextruded 3-layer films comprising Vistamaxx polymers and mPE resins. Compared to a 71 micron PVC glove, gloves made with a 45 micron film consisting of Vistamaxx polymers and mPE resins provide: • Better toughness (tensile strength and elongation) • Improved elasticity• Outstanding softness• Reduced unit cost vs. PVC glove

Performance upgrade versus cast PE (cPE) glovesUpgrade the performance of conventional cast PE gloves by using monolayer or coextruded 3-layer films comprising Vistamaxx polymers and mPE resins. In 45 micron films they offer: • Much higher toughness (improved tear resistance)• Improved softness• Excellent elasticity

Excellent glove integrityExcellent glove integrity can be achieved by using Vistamaxx polymers in a monolayer or 3-layer coextruded film structure. As the graph below illustrates gloves made with Vistamaxx polymers provide greater needle puncture resistance than PVC gloves.
