    STORAGE & TRANSPORT:

Keep away from direct heat or light sources and store in temperatures between 10 and 21c, humidity 60+/-10%.Do not crush or fold the gloves. The gloves should be kept in their original packaging or in an electricians bagwhen not in use.

    BEFORE USE:

Inflate the gloves with air in order to detect potential faults. Carry out a thorough visual inspection.

    PRECAUTIONS:

Avoid contact with petrols, oils, grease, acids or any corrosive products.Do not use the gloves if wet.

    CARE:

To get the best service from these gloves ensure that after use all contaminant is removedWash the gloves with soap and water. Do not dry at temperatures above 65c

    CAUTION:

The life of these gloves, whether used or in storage is limited. The standard EN60903:2003 recommends a periodic inspection, electric retesting or periodic replacement

THESE GLOVES ARE DESIGNED TO BE USED

    EXCLUSIVELY FOR ELECTRICAL PURPOSE

You are advised to retain this packaging for future reference

The life of gloves when they are stored or used is limited. The standards EN60903:2003and IEC60903:2002 indicate in Annex E that : No

gloves of classes 1,2 & 3, not even those held in storage, should be used unless they have been tested within a maximum period of six

months. The tests consist of air inflation to check for air leaks, a visual inspection while pressurised, and then a routine dielectric test.

For Class 00 and Class 0, a check for air leaks and visual inspection may be considered adequate. However a routine dielectric test may beperformed at the users request.

All gloves have a straight cuff.

Also avai lable : leather over gloves grey leather gloves w ith a c hrom e leather safety c uff and nylon

tension strap on the back of the hand to adjust the f i t . Designed to be worn over the electr ic ian gloves to

    protect i t from mechanical r isks.

    PROTECTION LEVELS & ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Routine test: The proof test voltage is applied for one minute. During the test, no puncture can occur. The leakagecurrent (reduced by 2mA) can not exceed the value indicated in the table below.Sampling test: After conditioning for 16 hours in water for moisture absorption, the proof test voltage is applied forthree minutes, then the withstand voltage is reached and immediately reduced. The test is considered a successif no puncture occurs and if the leakage current does not exceed the values specified in the table below. The sampling test (without moisture absorption) is also done after:ageing, ozone conditioning, Oil conditioning, acid conditioning and very low temperature conditioning
