GV-ZS series Drilling Fluids Shale Shaker Features & Benefits:
1. Design: GV shale shaker adopt ANSYS limited element analysis to
optimize the structure.
2. Material: Q235B from High Grade Steel for shale shaker structure &
compound rubber springs used to reduce vibration & shock within the
structure.
3. Vibration motor of shale shaker: Italian OLI /American Martin or
according to customers specifications.

mesh is 20, 40, 70, 80, 100, 120, 140,

screen dimension is 585mm x 1165mm

GV Vertical Cuttings Dryer:
GV’s rugged, continuous Vertical Cuttings Dryer can be fed via screw
conveyor. The vertical cuttings dryer is capable of coping with oil-based
& water-based problems which can be maximize the demand for drilling
waste processing in all working conditions. By using this equipment, oil-
based drilling mud can get the same processing result as with water-based
drilling mud, which will satisfy the customers 98% of the time.
Vertical Cuttings Dryer Working Principle liquid phase or “filtrate”
passes through the screen openings while the vertical scraper with
sintered tungsten carbide tiles scrape the accumulating cake solids
towards the bottom of the Vertical Cuttings Dryer for disposal. The filtrate
then gravity flows into a containment tank & is then pumped to a high
speed decanter centrifuge. Upon discharge; the dried cuttings are then
safely discharged in to large skips & collected for further treatment or off-
site disposal at a Cement Kiln. GV’s rugged continuous Vertical Cuttings
Dryer significantly improves liquid phase recovery thereby paying for
itself in a short period of time in use, the discharged cuttings are
transferred by auger get into the Vertical cuttings dryer from the opening
in the top.
By the function of centrifugal force produced by rotation of the screen
module, liquid is forced out from the opening on the flank side while the
solids discharged out from the outlet at the base of the cuttings dryer.
Vertical cuttings dryer moisture percentage of 6-10% which means there
is no flowing water thus allowing it to be transported easily.

GV’s a Shear Pump Supplier for mud mixing:
GV can provide the 37KW 55KW Shear pumps for Mud Mixing Systems,
we have two types of Shear Pumps for sale BWJQB6545 55KW &
BWJQB6535 37KW. Both these units are effectively used to mix & hydrate
material added into drilling fluid. With a large capacity high lift & long
reliable service life our shear pumps can speed up your dilution &
hydration of the polymers you are using in the mixing.
GV’s Shear Pump Features & Benefits:• Using our unique research & development for mechanical seal
technology, our seal performance as now advanced to where
reliable operation & a long service life has taken place.
• Greatly improved bentonite particles hydration degree reduces the
bentonite clay need by up to 30%.
• For polymer or clay, rapid hydration provides high shear force
solving the problem that the hydration of polymer (or clay ) in the
drilling fluid is bad & very prominent.
• It also reduces the mud cake & fluid loss reduce drilling fluid
shear rate but improves the gel strength so as to achieve the
advanced international level.
• Our Shear pump uses a set of mechanical seals which allows for
no leakage at the stuffing box.

GV can also supply you Mud Agitators:
Mud Tank Agitators are widely used in the mud solids control system &
can be installed in slurry storage tanks or mud mixing tanks to prevent
drilling fluid solidifying & being deposited on the sides & corners of your
mud tank. GV’s are closely affiliated with a Mud Agitator Manufacturer &
can produce the horizontal Mud Agitator as well as the vertical Mud
agitator (please see examples in the photo’s).
These Agitators are used to maximize the mixing of your mixture &
maintain homogeneous this mixture throughout the system. Our
mechanical agitators are driven by & protected by Explosion-Proof Motor
which in turn is coupled to a gear box that drives the impeller shaft. The
impellers (turbines) transform mechanical power into fluid circulation or
agitation this is to obtain a uniform suspension of all the mud mixture.
GV’S mud agitators features a “C” face motor couple to a rugged oilfield
gearbox which eliminates misalignment & troublesome couplings. This
configuration promotes long motor & gearbox bearing life with easy
maintenance.

GV’s Fabricated Mud Gas Separators:Mud gas separator captures & separates large volumes of free gas which
has accumulated within the drilling fluid. If there is a “KICK” situation
this vessel separates the mud & the gas by allowing it to flow over inbuilt
baffle plates. The gas then is forced to flow through a line & vent in the
atmosphere my means of a flare.
A “KICK” situation happens when the annular hydrostatic pressure in a
drilling well temporarily (usually suddenly) falls below that of the
formation or pore pressure in a permeable section downhole & before
control of the situation is lost. A Mud Gas Separator is special equipment
used to handle the invasion of this gas in the drilling fluid. Density &
viscosity of the drilling fluid will greatly be influenced by this invading
gas. In some dangerous situations it can lead to a well kick or blowout of
the well. The combination of mud gas separator & flare ignition device
can effectively handle this invading gas. Mud gas separators are widely
used in the Global Oil & Gas Drilling Industries World Wide.
