Training ProgramsAkzoNobel offers two training concepts: Training School and customer-specific trainings.

Our Training Schools are located at our Aerospace sites in Troy, Michigan and Sassenheim, The Netherlands. Focused on meeting the needs of the attendees, the curriculum is designed to be flexible to ensure it is tailored to the needs and technical expertise of the delegates.

AkzoNobel also conducts customer-specific trainings all over the world. These trainings are held at AkzoNobel sites or customer locations around the globe.

Training School CurriculumThe curriculum is based on giving participants a broad understanding of the paint-making process, from start to finish. With practical application sessions and facility tours, the program assures a comprehensive experience for anyone involved in the use or procurement of aerospace coatings.

Suitable for newcomers to Aerospace Coatings or those looking to refresh their knowledge, the Training School may cover various topics, tailored to the attendees:
