This is an actionfor patent infringement in which Global TouchSolutions, LLC( GTS
or Plaintiff ) makes the following allegations against MicrosoftCorporation Microsoft ) and
Nokia Corporationand Nokia USA Inc. (collectively Nokia ) collectively Defendants ).
