Overview 3. Our aim was to create a unique and immersive experience that truly connects the audience in an engaging and entertaining way whilst best reflecting the very modern, contemporary space. We have mirrored the design of the Global Switch Icon in the creation of the set pieces to create a synchronised feeling with your brand. We also want to create a WOW experience that is totally unique to Global Switch! The set is fully immersive. From the bespoke round stage and curved screen that draw you in, to LCD side screens on either side of the room (instead of easels and photographs.) By replacing static images with side screens, we can project patterns , images and key brand messaging to support the main screen presentation. The side screens will also create a great canvas for engaging content and added atmosphere pre and post presentation. The Concept 4. Colour Palette 5. Exterior - Guest arrival It will be quite dark on arrival being winter so we suggest that the guest experience begins on arrival. The building exterior will be a wash of colour, in addition global switch logo projection (gobos) and even search lights for a bit of added theatre and anticipation! A night to remember. A sense of excitement. A premier . 6. Corridor entrance - Lighting The guest experience will continue with coloured lighting leading the way to the reception area. Using green highlights and complimentary colours of light to dress the space and lead the way to the pre-drinks area. 7. Pre-drinks Reception area The pre-drinks area will be cleared of sofas and replaced with white occasional bar tables. Wait staff will line the entrance on either side with trays of drinks for guests on arrival. Gobos and lighting projection will be used to highlight the modern feeling of the building and to give it a sophisticated party feel. 8. Stage Design - Option 1 - Preferred option We have created two bespoke design options for you - Option one is our preferred option which is the all singing all dancing design to impress and excite! A custom built curved screen with rear projection for modern elegance and a high tech feel. The stage will also be custom built with a raised edge of perspex in the shape of the Global Switch logo. These elements will remain an asset for amy future presentations / events or could be used at other locations. 9. Stage Design - Option One - Preferred option 10. A custom made circular stage with perspex edges in the shape of the Global Switch logo will be a feature of the presentation space, the stage will light up when the presenter takes to the stage.
