A full range of cut to length and multi-blanking lines designed to meet your exact production needs. Our range of systems will accommodate low volume for short run production as well as high speed, long run operations. This enables us to offer you the exact system that meets your needs.

Blanking SystemsOur range of custom engineered blanking line solutions are designed for challenging applications. Typical industries are automotive, both exposed and unexposed, appliance and offi ce furniture manufacturers. These lines can be supplied with levelers (4, 5 and 6 high), wash stations, electrostatic oiling, inspection station and fi xed and/or oscillating dies.

Laser Blanking Systems

A unique characteristic of this line is its ability to continuously laser cut parts from coiled strip. Precision servo motors control both the strip feed and the laser traverse, which results in high accuracy cutting. Since the laser only moves on (1) one axis, the X direction, and the sheet traverses in the Y direction, there is no fl ashback onto the bottom side of the part, leaving a clean, high quality edge.

Coil fed laser blanking can lower overall operating costs, by eliminating dies and their maintenance, as well as the press itself with a low installation cost and fl oor space requirement. Part nesting can be optimized better than in traditional blanking lines, therefore reducing scrap and saving material. When compared with traditional “sheet-fed” laser productivity, an increase of 50% or better can be realized while reducing material & labor costs.

The Coil Fed Punchpress is a highly fl exible, modular punching system that uses standard turret tooling. Dramatic productivity increases can be realized over traditional sheet-fed turret type presses, while reducing material and labor costs. The Punchpress can be used to replace the traditional stamping press for short run fl exibility without the tooling and related costs.

The Punchpress’ fl exible punching system can be completely automated for lights out production with available stacking and material handling equipment. The Punchpress is easily programmed offl ine from your CAD drawings. The software optimizes the nesting of the part to reduce material scrap, and dynamic on the fl y programming allows one job to fl ow into the next for continuous production. The scrap associated with nesting on individual sheets is greatly reduced, while your bottom line is greatly increased.
