IntroductionAIESEC in Belgium 15/16 has the national focus of OGCDP. We want to sendstudents abroad with the mindset of leaving an impact and working with thevalues of our organization.To catalyze this process, we decided to release the “Global Intern” projectwhere we will host CEEDers from our partners. They would showcase theircountries and projects, engage the students regarding the values of ourprograms and their relevance, and also match students on spot. We willpromote for your projects before the arrival of the CEEDers in order toprepare the students already and set the matching mentality in place. We willalso host physical matching manias with the already available EPs and giveaccess to the CEEDers to interview the EPs and match right away.

About the CEED

Main functions• Attend LCs Events and promote for the country and projects• Attend Physical Matching Manias with the LCs• Interviews, expectations setting and fast matching with Belgian EPs• Bring and deliver all the promotional materials for the country and the project• Train VPs and team leaders on the promoted projects and their benefits• Tracking the applications of the events and the interested profiles

Governance and Accountability• Weekly performance and results reports to MCVP OGX @Belgiumfor each LC and event• Writing report at the end of the program with the results andachievements
