The Panama Papersis a trove of 11.5million confidentialdocumentsdetailing more than214,000 offshorecompaniesrepresented by thePanamanian lawfirm, MossackFonseca. They wereleaked to theGerman newspaperSüddeutscheZeitung a year ago.The newspaper teamed with The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists(ICIJ), BBC England, The Guardian, Le Monde and others to analyze the 2.6 terabytes ofdata before first releasing the results of their work on April 03, 2016.

LEAK SOURCE: "Mossack Fonseca is doing realharm to the world."

The source of the leak demanded anonymity, communicated only through encryptedchannels, never met the recipients and never asked for remuneration. He said his life was indanger, but believed Mossack Fonseca was doing real harm to the world.

The leak dwarfs previous leaks. The researchers are combing through 4.8 million emails, 2.1million PDF documents, 1.1 million images and 3 million database files.

Sims lives inTortola and has incorporated numerous entities bearing only his name. Canadian Stephen Hickslives in Ridgefield, Connecticut and has also incorporated numerous entities in the CaymanIslands and Bermuda bearing only his name. Sims and Hicks have been sued numerous times forpredatory financing.

NEVADA ACCOMPLICES PROTECTED BY OBAMAEXECUTIVE ORDER 13526Among the discoveries so far is that Nevada figures prominently among the world’s scoundrel elite as a new favored location to park ill‐gotten gains. Who knew? Turns out onlya selected few legal insiders knew.

So, we pulled on the thread to see where it leads.

Barack Obama’s Dec. 29, 2009 Executive Order 13526 gave near dictatorial powers to hisinner circle, including Hillary Clinton, to self‐classify national security information. Thesepowers enabled this group to cover over any potentially damaging leaks, including Hillary'sprivate email server. It is also their Get Out of Jail Free card.

Even Rothschild, the centuries‐old European institution, is setting up in Reno, Nevada. In arecent presentation Andrew Penny, Rothschild & Co. said the U.S. “is effectively the biggesttax haven in the world.”

HERE'S HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

STEP 1: Declare yourself andHillary king and queen of secrecy by ExecutiveOrder 13526On Dec. 31, 2009, Obama signedExecutive Order 13526. This order gavehim and six other members of hiscabinet authority to self‐classifysecrets reporting only to the President.Hillary Clinton and Eric Holder werealso bestowed these unprecedentedpowers.

STEP 2: Make Americansdisclose foreign holdings (FATCA)On Jan. 05, 2010, a week later, Nevada Senator Harry Reidpushed through the Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)along party lines.

FATCA sounds good on the surface. It required American holdersof offshore accounts to report them to the IRS. The globalcommunity through the Organization for Economic Co‐operationand Development (OECD) passed even stiffer rules requiringdisclosure of underlying owners and officers of offshore accounts.This punched a hole in the secrecy veil that has been the mainattraction of offshore accounts.

Tellingly, only the United States, Bahrain, Nauru, Panama andVanuatu have refused to sign OECD.

Did Nevada make any law changes before this?Researchers wondered if Obama’s executive order and FATCA were connected to a commonCartel agenda.

Reasoning that Nevada likely adjusted something in its laws to create “this giant suckingsound” (according to Cotorceanu), researchers went looking for 2009 changes to Nevadacorporation laws.

BINGO, STEP 3: Nevadacorporation law – complete anonymityOn Mar. 23, 2009, just months into Obama’s presidency, Nevada state senator Valerie Wiener(1997‐2012) introduced changes to Nevada corporation law to protect Nevada lawyers fromliability when representing crooked offshore clients. The Nevada legislature approvedWiener's changes two months later on May 20, 2009 as Senate Bill 350.

These seemingly harmless bureaucratic changes shifted the money laundering and taxdodging Titanic almost overnight to Nevada.

Senator Wiener, a PR person by profession,proposed to exempt attorneys who arecorporation agents from disclosing anyinformation about the offshore clients theyrepresent. She also added two sectionsguaranteeing these lawyers government helpin collecting legal fees.

In short, the changes allowed Nevadaattorneys to offer complete anonymity tooffshore clients. Note that the law changeapplied only to Nevada attorneys. Nonattorney Nevada agents still had to reportsuspicious client activity.

HARRY REID’S ISLANDA simple Google search revealed that Valerie Wiener was HarryReid’s speech writer and press secretary from 1981‐1986. Logicand common sense says Harry Reid is the power behind Wiener'sconvenient changes to Nevada corporate law that Reid and hisfour sons have dramatically exploited.

Reid and his four sons are all Nevada attorneys. They arecurrently embroiled in a corruption scandal involving a Chineseenergy company named ENN Energy Group.

Judicial Watch believes this Chinese scandal is the real reasonHarry Reid is quitting the U.S. Senate.

In short, Harry Reid created the “giant sucking sound” of dirty money into Nevada. The U.S.refusal to agree to OECD ensures Nevada’s ignominious distinction as the world’s moneylaundering haven.

Within days in 2011 of Leader Technologies filing its appeal inLeader v. Facebook, Harry Reid sponsored his former chiefcounsel, Evan J. Wallach, to be a Federal Circuit judge.

Magically, when the Federal Circuit panel was named by ChiefJudge Randall R. Rader, Wallach was assigned as one of the threejudges—even though he had no patent law experience. Wallachruled against Leader’s patent property rights while he heldFacebook financial interests, including Fidelity Contrafund—thelargest mutual fund holder of Facebook pre‐IPO stock. WALLACH’S & REID'SCOMPLICITY IN THE THEFT OF SOCIAL NETWORKINGWallach’s decision protected the theftof Leader Technologies’ socialnetworking patent by Facebook andthe IBM Eclipse Foundation. This madeWallach an accomplice in the GreatestFinancial Crime in the history of theWorld since the total value of socialmedia reaches into the multipletrillions of dollars.

As a further indicator of theimmorality of Wallach and the FederalCircuit judges, on May 23, 2014, Raderresigned as chief judge in a scandalinvolving one of Facebook’s otherattorneys, Weil Gotshal LLP. In hisinvolvement as chief judge in theLeader v. Facebook appeal, Rader wassilent about his conflicts of interestwith James P. Chandler as well asFacebook's attorney, Thomas G.Hungar. The old boys just winked.

CONCLUSION:Harry Reid’s central role in thecorruption of global banking must beinvestigated.

The judges ignored shocking new evidencethat Mark Zuckerberg withheld 28 harddrives of 2003‐2004 evidence from LeaderTechnologies that could prove actual theft(and therefore claims even more seriousthan infringement). In addition, Facebook'sappeal attorney, Thomas G. Hungar of GibsonDunn LLP, has close personal ties to justabout every judicial player in this story. Themisconduct appears to reach into the U.S.Patent Office through abuse of thereexamination process by Facebook. We willstay focused on Leader v. Facebook untiljustice is served, but we also welcome newsand analysis of intellectual property abusein other cases as well.

Mark Zuckerberg has a message for all Americans: Unfollow Donald Trump.

Zuckerberg's advocacy group FWD.us released a statement Wednesday callingTrump's proposal that the U.S. deport 11 million illegal immigrants "absurd."

Posted by FWD.us president Todd Schulte, the statement doesn't name Trumpspecifically but calls out the "voices yelling for mass deportation," animmigration reform idea Trump has supported.

FWD.us's statement reads as a retort to Trump's first policy paper onimmigration reform, in which he refers to Florida Senator Marco Rubio as "MarkZuckerberg’s personal senator," implying Rubio takes his immigration policycues from the Facebook co‐founder.

Here's what the FWD.us post says about the consequences of massdeportation:

"[D]eporting 11.5 million people would cost U.S. taxpayers $400 to $600 billiondollars, and would take at least 20 years to complete. Even worse, this massdeportation would reduce our GDP by $1.7 trillion‐‐over 5 percent. Manyindustries would be hit hard, others‐‐like agriculture, construction andhospitality‐‐would be devastated."

FWD.us also fired back against proposals to limit programs like the H‐1B visathat allows U.S. companies to employ foreign workers, calling any plan to"radically restrict pathways" for skilled immigrants to come to the U.S. "justwrong." In his plan, Trump is calling for making it more expensive to hire H‐1Bvisa holders, as well as making it more difficult for companies to replace U.S.workers.

In‐Q‐Tel has been making bets on similar companies over the last decade, so theseinvestments aren't particularly shocking. But they show what's important to the agencytoday: It needs solid tools for sorting out everything happening on social networks. Thesefour companies are just a handful of the 38 new investments revealed by The Intercept,via a program from this year's CEO Summit.
