64 YEARS OF ACHIEVING IMPACT In 1948 after World War II, some young individual from seven countries decided to make their world a better place and prevent a third World War. They came together to simply facilitate study tours with the aim of “… promoting friendly relations between members.”
This has generated into a world phenomena after 64 years of ensuring “peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential”, AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization. Active in over 1700 universities across more than 110 countries and territories, with over 80,000 active members. Our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society.

AIESEC Ghana has been in existence since 1960 with over 700 active members from across 10
Institutions of Higher Education in Ghana. Over the years, we have provided over 5000 experiences in
our Team Member, Team Leader and Exchange Programs for many Ghanaian Youth and young people
from around the world.

GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The AIESEC Global Internship Program provides a global platform for young
people to increase their professional knowledge and development, take an active
role in their learning and the learning of others and create a cross-generational
positive impact. Global Internship Program is the most effective and direct way to
access AIESEC’s top talent. It is a short and long term HR Solution tailored to
each partner’s requirements
AIESEC has been running this program for 64 years and now in over 110 countries and 4000 clients. The program enables organizations and companies to source high potential students and recent graduates from over 17000 universities in over 110 countries and territories. AIESEC’s Global Internship Program is an effective way for you to be able to access international talent for your company. Depending on your needs, the internships last between 6 weeks-18 months, in which the intern has the space to grow, learn and share knowledge as they to handle specific short term projects or work within a team on long term strategies.
The Difference with AIESEC Talent When companies Partner with AIESEC, they do so knowing we develop proactive leaders through our integrated experience. Participants in the internship program are members of AIESEC who have had taken responsibilities and leadership roles within our own organization and have been pre-selected to participate in it. NTMS is AIESEC GHANA’s first National conference in the AIESEC year. The purpose of this conference is
to ensure there is adequate and correct knowledge for the core work and development in our Local
Committees (LCs). That is, the various campuses we are present in. NTMS provides a platform,

THE STUDENT APPRENTICE CHALLENGE - SAC
The Student Apprentice Challenge is a practical learning process
through which high potential students gain valuable business skills, aimed
at bridging skill-gaps. The skills include amongst others, marketing,
entrepreneurship, sales techniques, project management, financial
planning, leadership and business concept development.
The proposed duration of this skill-building conference is 7 days, during
which delegates undergo skills training and solving real-time tasks.
OBJECTIVES
Develop SAC into a national initiative and enable it to reach its potential as being the country’s
premier student development project.
Enable project to be a vehicle that is able generate sustainable long term financial returns for AIESEC
Ghana.
Incubate entrepreneurship as an alternative career path for young graduates.
Provide practical business and leadership skills and experience for participants.
Identify and develop talent for AIESEC Ghana partners.
Create a platform to market the AIESEC brand as the leader in youth skills development in Ghana.
Incubate social responsibility amongst the youth through selected socially responsible tasks.

Mainly final year students from institution of higher education in Ghana (100-150 delegates)
FUTURE FRANCHISING
The Project must be registered as an intellectual property of AIESEC Ghana (as SAC Ltd).
The project is positioned to grow into a much larger undertaking and the possibility of Local Chapter
franchises is a strong reality by 2015.
This would mean several smaller versions identical in nature but customised to suit local realities
would be run nationwide that would culminate in a “Grand SAC Finals”. It could even be a regional
affair (as in the Africa Network)

SAC Ltd would remain in control of the process. However specific localised sponsorship would be in

Youth to Business Forum is a one day event to create the platform that
bridges the gap between Youth and Business by bringing together
experts, leaders and youth to discuss global trends that affect our
society and its progress today. This includes a select group of the
youth of Ghana as well as Business leaders and experts engaging in
an open forum on business matters and their relation to recent youth.

BUSINESS BREAKFAST
Business Breakfast is a day’s event spanning duration of 2-3 hours. This happens in the morning hence its
name. It is an open platform for our membership and young people to interact with corporate representatives.

objective of activating thought leadership in ideas concerning the future of young talent in Ghana by getting

The Global Community Development Program (GCDP)
The AIESEC Global Community Development Program is a
program that provides a global platform for young people to
travel and work abroad, experience a culture other their own,
live the live of other people and create a positive impact on
society.
Here, local and international volunteers team up to run issue-
based projects. These projects are tailored to suits many CSI or
CSR initiatives as well as initiatives in the Non-Governmental
