Citrus Honey Glazed Ham
This citrus honey glazed ham is sweet with just a hint of tangy citrus flavor. Citrus
honey glazed ham is quick and easy to prepare and is sure to please the entire
family.
Ingredients
1 (10-lb) cooked bone-in ham
1 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup pineapple puree
1/3 cup honey
orange
2 tablespoons honey Dijon mustard
teaspoon cloves
Method
1. Preheat oven to 325F (165C)2. Place bone-in ham in deep pan3. Juice and zest the orange4. To make the glaze, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, pineapple juice, honey
Dijon mustard and cloves in a saucepan. Allow the mixture to boil, then
smolder for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Bake in-bone ham uncovered for 120 minutes. Remove from oven and use abrush to coat with glaze. Bake for 30 more minutes, brushing the ham with
glaze periodically.

Pineapple Ham with Brown Sugar Glaze
Ingredients
One (7 to 9 lb) bone-in ham, fully cooked
Half cup brown sugarHalf cup maple syrup
Three level teaspoons Dijon mustard
Four thin slices pineapple rings
Method
Preheat oven to 135C
Place ham in roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes
Mix sugar, maple syrup and mustard over medium heat, allowing the mixture to
come to a boil.
Using a brush, coat the baked ham with the mixture. Then, using toothpicks, affix thepineapple rings to the ham.
Bake the ham for an additional 30 minutes.
Peach-Glazed Ham
Ingredients
Half cooked bone-in ham
Half cup dark sugar
Three tablespoons ground mustard seeds
Half cup peach preserves
Method
Preheat oven 160C
Combine sugar with mustard and rub over the surface of the ham.
Without covering the pan, bake ham for one hour.
Pour peach preserves over ham and bake for another 20 minutes.
Caribbean Ham with Rum and Sorrel Glaze
Ingredients
One 9-lb smoked ham
Half cup sorrel drink
Quarter cup dark rum
Half tablespoon grated ginger
One tablespoon molasses
Two teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Method
Preheat oven to 320F
Line shallow roasting pan with aluminum foilCombine sorrel drink, sugar, rum and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add
molasses until glaze is thick.
Place ham in pan. Bake for 90 minutes
Brush the glaze over the ham and bake for another 15 minutes
Remove from oven and allow ham to rest for twenty minutes.
Strawberry Glazed Ham
Ingredients
One bone-in ham, fully cooked
One cup strawberry preserves
One tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon
Method
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine lemon juice, cinnamon and strawberry preserves in a saucepan over
medium heat for six minutes. Allow to simmer until thick.
Place ham in roasting pan and bake for one hour. Remove from oven and brushstrawberry mixture over the surface of the ham.
Bake the ham for another thirty minutes.
Garnish ham with sliced strawberries
