CRACK BOND RESIN

Glass Mechanix offers a unique formulation of resin with properties ideal for crack repair. This special formulation has resulted in accolades within the repair industry for many years. Crack seal resin is the thickest viscosity resin offered by Glass Mechanix.

STAR LINE RESIN

The viscosity and chemical makeup of this resin was developed to address the unique characteristics of star breaks and other damage with areas of tight access. Star breaks usually have several tight legs expanding from the impact point.

THICK RESIN

Glass Mechanix Thick resin is similar to the qualities and characteristics of Crack Seal resin. Thick resin is more widely used as a flexible appication for both crack repair as well as traditional rock chips requiring a thick viscosity.

PRO LINE RESIN

UNIVERSAL DAYTONA/RALLY BASE SEALS (QTY 10)

The Daytona Universal Outer Seal is designed using a proprietary material that enables greater surface pressure during the mounting process, while also increasing contact surface area. It is ideal for agressive rock chip repairs. Specifically, the Daytona Universal Outer Seal features a firm but flexible material, characterized by its off-white color. As with all Glass Mechanix seals, the Daytona Universal outer seals use carefully selected materials in a time-tested design.

A specially machined, threaded piston and seal design allow for precise pressure modifications to ensure proper repair. The bridge assembly is made specifically for in-the-field usability, this custom bridge allows a 2-inch span of vertical and horizontal adjustments after attachment to the glass.

Made specifically to interface with the other components in the Daytona Windshield Repair System, this compact curing lamp provides the highest output of UV (ultraviolet) light and is the fastest curing lamp available on the market today. Only 30 seconds on the initial cure, and one minute for pit curing, means you save time on every repair.
