    HR Module

    A competency mapping model of an organization with a framework that lists the

    competencies required for eective performance in a specic !o"# taskorganization# function# or process$

    There are 2 stages

    Stage 1: The Bidding Process• %ach participant will "e allotted an amount of &' million$

    •   (here are )* virtual proles of employees# each having a set of 

    competencies and minimum "id value$

    • %ach of the four domains would "e further divided into four !o" prole

    • %ach participant has to have a minimum of 0 proles and can have a

    ma+imum of 12 proles

    •  3idding for each prole will start at the minimum "id value$ /articipants

    are e+pected to "id only after raising their 3id 3ars$

    • 4nitially each participant will "e given 5* minutes to have a quick glance at

    all the proles$ /lease make a mental note on which proles you are

    interested and spend !udiciously$

    •   6uring the "idding process# each prole will "e displayed one after

    another for a ma+imum of )* seconds# during which "idding for the prole

    takes place$

    • Once the )* seconds are up# the prole goes to the participant having the

    highest "id at that point of time$

    •  4n case no participant "ids in the rst 1* seconds# the prole goes "ack to

    the pool and henceforth will not "e availa"le for "idding$

    • /lease note that "y the end of rst "idding round# each participant must

    have at least 0 proles$

    •   4n case two participant "id for the same prole at the same time and

    same price# the prole will go to the person who previous to this "id had

    the highest "id$

    •  Once a participant has acquired 12 proles# he will not "e allowed to "id

    further$

    • /articipants should aim to o"tain ma+imum num"er of competent proles

    utilizing minimum amount of money such that they do not e+haust the

    total amount allotted to them$

    • 7ith the same amount# the salary of each prole will also "e paid for the

    specied time duration# the candidate will work for$

    8tage 2, 8ituation Handling

    •  (he remaining "udget for each participant will "e calculated$

    • 29 :ase;lets will "e presented one after another having a certain situation

    which needs to "e dealt with$

    • %ach prole can "e used to solve a ma+imum of three cases$

    • 8coring shall "e captured on an %+cel 8heet which shall "e displayed in front of 

    the candidates

    • 8cores allotted to participants on the "asis of the ta"le specied in stage 2 "ased

    on the level of prole chosen to solve the caselets$

    • At the end of all the caselets# the Amount earned "y participant in 8tage 2 shall

    "e added to the remaining "udget of the participant which was calculated at the

    "eginning of 8tage 2$

    •  (he amount will "e used to pay the candidates salary on the "asis of their

    designation
