HISTORYG.J. Gardner Homes originated in 1983 on the Sunshine Coast as an independent building firm, owned by Greg Gardner. The company grew to eight regional offices building as many as 950 custom homes a year.
G.J. Gardner Homes traded successfully and established a reputation for building great value and quality homes in a predetermined time frame. Due to popular demand, Greg decided to franchise the business in 1995.

BASE We prepare the pad, excavate the foundations and pour the concrete work.
FRAME We erect the wall framing and roof trusses.
EXTERIOR ENCLOSED The roof, windows and door frames are installed and the siding and soffits completed. Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC are roughed in.
TRIM We drywall, texture and paint, install the interior trim, tile and cabinets.
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC Fixtures are installed. Floor coverings laid and external items are completed. A certificate of occupancy is issued.
