Basic Warm Up, followed by:
Part 1:
‣ 6 v 2 possession ‘in shape’‣ Full backs & wide players
down sides‣ Central defenders,
goalkeepers, centre forwards at ends
‣ 5 can only play to 3 or 2 once, must then try to play ‘the 2nd line’ (11 or 7) or the 3rd line (9)
‣ Blue players shout the pass count
