To form the affirmative sentences, it is necessary to follow the correct grammar structure.
Noun or
Personal
Pronoun
Verb in
Past Tense Complement
EXAMPLE
We use the auxiliary DID when we are talking about the past tense, for the negative or interrogative statements. We use the same auxiliary DID for all the pronouns even if they are singular or plural. Example:
you fish last week?
DID
We sleep last night
DIDN´T
SHE FOLLOW ME
To form the negative sentences, we use the same structure of the affirmative ones. We just use the short or long form of the auxiliary did in a negative way.
Example:He walked.He didn’t walk.
I did my homework.I didn’t do my homework.
DID NOT
DIDN´T
YOU LOOK AT MEDID HE LOOK AT MEDID
To write questions it is necessary to write first the auxiliary DID followed by the pronoun, main verb, complement and finally the question mark.

When did she arrive? She arrived yesterday
DID YOU SLEEP IN CLASS LAST WEEK?YES, I SLEPT IN CLASS LAST WEEK.
