We would like to extend the warmest of welcomes to everyone thinking of joining us in 2012. Inside

our brochure you’ll find the usual variety of holidays to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets.

Like everyone else, we’re very aware of the current economic climate, and with that in mind have

decided to increase the selection of short breaks, local gems and day trips on offer. Last year these

all proved to be extremely popular and exceptionally good value for money.

We offer quality holidays to a host of popular destinations across the UK and Ireland and with many

new hotel breaks to choose from this year, we’re sure you’ll find something to suit you. You can look

forward to comfortable accommodation, hearty breakfasts and menus which hopefully satisfy even

the healthiest of holiday appetites. Our extended tours include a selection of day trips to places

we think will be of interest to you, and in some cases we have included the attraction entrance fee.

We believe your holiday starts from the moment you board the coach. Once your luggage is loaded

on at your pick up point, you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that you won’t see it again until

you arrive at the hotel. That leaves you free to enjoy the ferry crossings with no cases to worry about.

Our coaches take you all the way to your destination, driving on and off the ferry with you on board

and your seats are reserved for the duration of your holiday.

Each journey is carefully planned to allow ample comfort stops and sufficient lunch time breaks. Our

friendly and courteous drivers are totally committed to ensuring that you enjoy your holiday and are

always on hand to assist with any queries or difficulties you may have.

We are dedicated to providing a friendly, courteous and professional service from the moment you

make your first enquiry. We pride ourselves on offering the personal touch, as only a family business

can, so if you have any special requirements please don’t hesitate to talk them through with us.

Copies of our Fair Trading Agreement, Hotel Brochures and detailed Itineraries are available on request. (Itineraries are subject to change without notice if thought to be in the best interests of our clients.) All details are correct at time of going to print. However, all tours are planned in advance so there may be times when information supplied is no longer accurate. Giles Tours comply with package tour regulations for the protection of customer repayments. All such monies will be deposited in a secure “Trustee Account” controlled by independent trustees who are professional people accepting the obligation for controlling this account in the interests of our customers.

General InformationSEAT ALLOCATION

Seats may be reserved and will be held for 5 working days only, pending receipt of deposit. If a deposit is not received within 5 working days the seats will be released.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS

Deposit refunds are only allowed if the tour is cancelled by the operator.

At all other times deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.A deposit of £35.00 per person is required to secure your booking. Payments may be made in cash or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Giles Tours. To date we do not accept card payments.Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the departure date otherwise the booking will be treated as cancelled and the seats released. PICK UP POINTS

Please choose the most convenient pick up point from those listed on the itinerary. These may differ depending on the tour destination. We are unable to veer away from the indicated pick-up points due to the tight time schedule.

LUGGAGEThe amount of luggage is limited to one medium sized suitcase per person.Weight restrictions apply :15 kgs of luggage per person

SINGLE ROOMSSingle Rooms are limited and may involve supplements which are set by the hotels. Additional single rooms can only be purchased at the terms set by the hotel.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONSOur prices only include entrance fees to tourist attractions where stated.

CANCELLATION SCALE

For Cancellation instructions received in writing: 29 days prior to departure ……. Loss of Deposit Only 28 – 15 days ………………….. Loss of 45% of the total holiday cost. 14 – 8 days …………………… Loss of 60% of the total holiday cost. 7 – 0 days ……………………. Loss of 100% of the total holiday cost.

HOLIDAY/TRAVEL INSURANCE NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT IT!INSURANCE:Holiday / Travel Insurance is NOT included in the price of any of our tours.

We STRONGLY ADVISE that you take out adequate travel / holiday insurance to cover all aspects of your holiday.

Under new FSA regulations we now act as an Introducer Appointed Representative for Giles Insurance Brokers Ltd who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

If a tour is cancelled:Giles Insurance Brokers have agreed to allow a refund of insurance premium, minus an administration fee of £3.50 per passenger, for any tour that is cancelled due to LACK OF NUMBERS. Written confirmation of the tour cancellation will be required from the tour provider.
