Winemaking and Elevage : The grapes are harvested by hand in whole batches, and are not stemmed. Elevage is in barrels and in underground tanks prior to blending. Tasting : Powerlul and generous nose, with prune aromas. Palate : Heady, mellow, aromas of kernel fruits. Drinking Temperature : 17 to 18°C. Keeping : 10 to 15 years according to vintage.
