Draft net without a bag Extra deep in the middle and made tapered after both endings in order to obtain the essential vault at the haul. This way enables squeezing and harming the fishes in case of mass catches. The pond nets are made out of extremely tear proof twine nets, as it is preferred in fish farming and its establishments. They are set to hang within quality-PP-multi fill-braid lashes and mounted with floats and leads. Please pick a wing height that is ca. 50 % higher than the water level at the time of fish drying. Thereby you will achieve a sufficient arch in the middle and a safe and calm haul. For trout 10 mm, but mostly 15 mm mesh-width is to be recommended.

Draft net with a bag 4 – 30 mm mesh for lake, pond and river fishing Made out of an extremely tear proof 100 % sheer polyamide Twine, that has approved everywhere, is set with strong quality-PP-multi fill-braid lashes and mounted with floats and leads. Throw net Suitable as hand throw net, pylon or as a positional throw net used from a ship, according to the extend. Especially admired in river and sea fishing. Hand throw nets are being thrown from the shore, river dam or a ship in the way that makes the net fall with its plumb line on the water like a flying plate. The plumb line pulls the plate quickly to the ground. It is impossible for the fishes to escape. The catching bag of the base line takes the capture and the catch is secure. The handling with bigger throwing nets from boat masts or from ships is the same. Protection nets against birds Protection nets against herons and cormorants are out of automatically knotted, 3times twined heavy twines. The high-strength quality is qualified for covering ponds, ditches and mountings to stop enemy aircraft incursion of fish robbers, such as cormorants and herons. Since the nets are swimming they can be also put on the pond surface or set as barrier fences (vertical) on the water. The colour of the nets is black, the mesh setting diagonal. The path widths are fix predetermined, the length can be fitted according to your wishes. Please pay attention to the minimum acceptance length. The complete device is mounted on a box. The box is constructed for an outdoor set up and secure towards weather influences. All you need to do is: put the heron frightener on your pond and encumber it with some weight – it will scare away your unwelcome visitors. To raise the effect of the device it is recommended to change the location every once in a while. The piloting of the frightener is located under the box. ST Landing net This design was developed in Czech fish farming where it is used as a valuable aid in carp fishing. Nets diameter = 90 cm. Electric fence – defence against fish otters

Fish otters are very skilful and to be protected animals. They are able to decimate fish stocks in smaller ponds right up to 100 %. In bigger ponds and pond installations the loss can run up 50 %. Trout and carps are affected in equal measure, whereby the disturbance of the dormancy is an additional coefficient being added to the carps. Because the fish otter is not allowed to be hunt, the scaring off with electric fences has proved as the best manner. These fences need to be constructed gapless around the pond installation. By all means, it is necessary to use braided fences to protect amphibian species such as toads and frogs from electric shocks.

The application of continually high quality food in fish farming is requiring better feeding techniques. Optimal growth of the fishes and optimal food application is possible only with exact food dosage, feeding without loss and multiple feeding intervals per day. It is almost impossible to implement this with „hand feeding“. Furthermore, automatic feeding is time-saving and makes the work much easier. With this device you will be able to spread the food into the pond without loss. The food is being put into an air stream of an efficient blower and brought out up to 8 m far on the pond. The profi spreader is guaranteeing a maintenance free and undisturbed service and ensures an almost dust free food spreading. The food dispenser is suitable for 1,2 – 6 mm food. Astringencies are almost impossible. There is a dosage with a scale at the food reject, where the size of the pellet food can be set fast and easily even when the silo is still filled.

Feed silos for 120 and 200 kg were reconstructed. Through a four-squared shape they are easy to fill. The cap can be opened with one hand and stay that way with the support of the mounted gas-filled absorber, without a detent. On top at the silo opening we have additionally mounted a premium steel tray to stop the food with the bagged cargo falling into the silo. Pro digital builds an electric field in water, with variable power from 1 – 9. Smoker F 3 and F 4 Those devices are very interesting for middle sized fish farms, because they enable a cost saving production of high class products. These devices are equipped with modern technique (digital controlling). The compact devices do not need a lot of space and are easy to control. The switchgear assembly can be located clearly and functionally, left or right, as requested. They are made out of high class stainless steel in a double construction. F 5 is a Pro smoker and with its capacity of max. 280 fishes it is one of the big devices. This cabinet is made out of high class stainless steel in a double coat construction. Smoker F 6 and F 6 100 The smokers F 6 and F 6 100 are the biggest devices we are offering. F 6, which has the capacity of max. 360 fishes, and F 6 100 with carrying capacity of max. 420 fishes, are very economical. Fish farmers can save time and money by using them, because they can smoke a lot of fish in short time. F 6 can be optionally equipped with a kippered vehicle. Fish transport container 30 l The container 30 l is perfect for small quantities of fish – like fry, ornamental fish, and bait fish. The container is made out of PE, it is especially light and shatter proof. It has two practical mounted carry handles and it can be carried easily. The size of the container was chosen in a way, so that two people can carry it even if it is filled with fish and water.

Pump and air stone are not included in the price

Through rotating, the containers cover can be screwed on the container. The sealing makes sure that the water can’t leave. In the cover there is an opening, which is closed through a plug. This plug can be removed and the inlet tube for oxygen or air conduct can be used through this opening.

Fish container for internal transport

This fish container was developed for easier handling of fish inside of fish farms. The container is provided with special guidance for application on the fork lift or a farmyard tractor. A safeguard disables slipping of, by inclination of the fork lift truck. The containers are being manufactured out of 5 mm thick aluminium and are available in sizes of 650 and 1300 l. The outlet sluice has a diameter of 200 mm. A waterproof discharge lock (at 650 l container with inwardly opening) and a skewed and bottom ensure the containers discharge. Both containers are equipped with a hinged cover and a sidewise mounted frame for opening the sluice. The container of 1300 l is additional equipped with an oxygen bottle retainer.

Ring oxygen diffuser This oxygen diffuser is fully wired. You only need to attach the oxygen pressure tube with an inside diameter of 6 mm to the connection sleeve and fix it with a tube terminal. In the oxygen diffuser there is a lead lace weighing 400g/rm which ensures that the diffuser stays at the bottom of the tank. The diffuser tube is fixed to the T-distributor with premium steel clamps. This ring oxygen diffuser is emitting the oxygen evenly to the water and per request it can be manufactured in all diameters.

Vertical – incubating system The incubation of salmonid eggs in this system punctuated especially in big facilities thanks to its saving of working time, space and water. Because this vertical-incubating systems are being offered in modules of 4, 8 or 16 drawers, they can be also used in small and hobby enterprises.

Water flow: Fresh water is being indicated in the back part of the above located drawer, it flows from the bottom up to the part of the drawer where the eggs are located and from there it gets to the next, deeper located drawer. Up to 80,000 eggs can be treated with one slew of water. Accessibility: Each drawer can be extracted separately for controlling, which makes the eggs selection easier. Versatility: Up to 16 drawers (160,000 eggs) can be piled up on top of each other, whereby separate water supply should be provided for 8 drawers for the adequate oxygen supply. The required area for 160,000 fish eggs amounts to ca. 60 x 64 cm. Material: aluminium and plastic. Aqua Control Mobil For the transport of live fish by truck we now can offer the new system Aqua Control Mobile. The Aqua Control Mobil consists out of several components. The essential part is the SPS-navigation that is placed in a plastic housing, which can be easily mounted in a cab of the truck. The display is constantly showing the oxygen level in each tank. The desired dissolved oxygen alarm setting can be done very easily, using the display keyboard. If one of those values is reached, the cab is being alarmed and the value starts to blink. Injector aerator ECO 2 The injector aerator CO 2 can be directly connected to the water conduit (provided that enough pressure is present) or to a pump. It produces a water-/air mixture that is finely dispersed in water. The water-/air jet produces a directed flow in the pool or pond and caters for an ideal through-mixing. The fields of application for this type of aerator are: fish basins, small ponds, biotopes, swimming ponds, and fish transport container. The delivery includes 3 pieces of nozzles. In the trout farming ca. 7 mg O2 /litre of water and in the carp farming ca. 4 mg O/2 /litre of water are required in order to make a good score in regard to the growth, feed intake and feed conversion. If the percental growth of the max. fed trouts at a oxygen content of 11.5 mg O2/litre amounts 100 %, this percental growth decreases at a O2 concentration from e.g. 5 mg O2/litre to 40 % (Danish study)

Sauerstoffeintragssystem OXYJET (oxygenation capacity system) Oxyjet is an open oxygenation capacity system that is directly placed into a pond or channel. The system is perfectly suitable for recirculation plants and water supplies with slopes of minimum height of 60 cm. Under these circumstances, the oxygen can effectively and without additional energy input be brought into water. Oxyjet operates with patented special nozzles, which in comparison to conventional nozzles ensure a much higher gas entrainment. As a result, a carpet of bubbles comes up in the device and a high efficiency.

According to the present amount of water, Oxyjet can be equipped with several nozzles. If the amount of water decreases, e.g. in summer, individual nozzles can be sealed – appropriate sealing plugs are included in the delivery. In addition, this capacity system is equipped with an overflow device – water that can not pass the nozzles is directly conducted into the pond or channel.

The height of the device can be produced according to the conditions of waters.

OXYWHEEL blockage-free oxygen enrichment The oxygen enrichment system OXYWHEEL is a combination of a paddlewheel aerator and an oxygen hood. The centrepiece of the device is a new ephemeral hood (out of polyethylene), which has two working paddlewheels underneath the ventilator. The hood is separated in two chambers: in a booster or emulsion room and a discharge room, which appears as a relaxation room and conduces as transition zone of gas for the bubble structure. The area separation ensures consistent shuffle and urge and beyond that the aimed escape of water. With this device bypass streaming is being avoided. The hood entry of the device was provided with a gas exchange tube, which is diverting over dosed and excess gas to avoid the devices subsidence.

The gas substitute tube is being mounted in the way that makes gases with the highest specific weight escape first. The slow running paddlewheels, which we have inherited from our approved water ventilator „Aqua – Wheel“, are working without strainer protection – this makes congestions almost impossible. The shape and the execution of the scoop ensure a good mix up. OXYWHEEL is being designed in two sizes. The 0.40 kW device is working with one hood entry and the 0.75 kW device with two hood entries. The drive of the paddlewheels is following a high class drive motor, which is transferring the effort on the premium steel shaft with a great efficiency factor (ca. 95 %). OXYWHEEL is provided with a float and is easy to use in all ponds.

OXYWHEEL is delivered plugged and ready for operation (with a motor safety connector and an oxygen flow rate measuring device). The entry system only needs to be connected with an oxygen lead on the device and the electrical connection. Ceramic diffuser Dryden Aqua and Fiap Ultra-fine oxygen bubbles enable very high efficiency of the applied oxygen. Extremely little oxygen bubbles loose fast and achieve in this way optimal efficiency. Deep pump aerator This aerator is the solution for oxygen enrichments of deep waters and seas. It conveys the water out of deeper areas, enriches it with oxygen and mixes it up with the water on the surface. It also takes care of mashing up colder deep water with warmer water on the surface. In many waters there are death areas and areas poor in oxygen. Because there is not enough movement, the water is not mixed thoroughly as it should be. The deeper areas are not being ventilated nor degasified, which can cause a lot of problems as time goes by: Waters start to rot and faint. The deep water ventilation produces relief. The pump of the device is being hanged under a float up to 5 m under water surface. For water production you only need a customary sewage pipe DN 150. This pipe is available in various lengths and can be cut shorter for wished measures or existing water deepness. The pipe can be easily set and attached to the pumps partial and the retainer is attached to the float. To ensure safety, the pumps partial is additionally attached to the float with a premium steel wire rope (included in the delivery). The device is delivered fully fitted with a 20 m cable, float and a motor circuit breaker. The sewage pipe DN 150 is not included.
