Ghost The Musical Facebook Competition 2015 Terms and Conditions Adelaide Festival Centre Trust
THE PRIZE
1. The major prize winner will receive access to six Premium box seat tickets to Ghost The
Musical on Tuesday 19 January 2016 7pm, a bottle of champagne and cheese and fruit
platters, all valued at $872.
2. Six runners-up will receive a double pass to Ghost The Musical Australia valued at $160.
(Total Prize Pool $1,832.)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1: METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition, entrants must follow the instructions provided in the competition
announcement on the online platform the competition is held, in this case, entrants must comment in
the comment section of the Adelaide Festival Centre Facebook Post announcing the Ghost The Musical
competition. Entry is limited to South Australian residents only. Only one entry per person during the
promotional period will be accepted. The winning entry/entries will be drawn at random.
2: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
Submissions open on Wednesday 16 December and close 9am Wednesday 30 December 2015.
3: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
The major prize winner will receive access to six Premium box seat tickets to Ghost The Musical on
Tuesday 19 January 2016 7pm, a bottle of champagne and cheese and fruit platters valued at $872.
Six runners-up will receive a double pass to Ghost The Musical Australia valued at $160, performance
dates TBC on notification of winning entry and are at the discretion of Adelaide Festival Centre Trust.
All prize values are the recommended retail value in Australian dollars and are correct at time of
printing. The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in the prize value.
4: ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be SA residents and be 18 years of age or over to enter. Employees and Trust
members of Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, their immediate families and companies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.
5: PLACE, DATE & TIME OF JUDGING
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The
draw will take place at Adelaide Festival Centre on Wednesday 30 December 2015.
6: METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF JUDGING
Prize winner will be notified via the online platform the competition is held, in this case on the
competition Facebook post. Adelaide Festival Centre will provide contact information to the winner
(either a phone number or email address) in order for winners to claim their prize.
7: CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Winners of the Major Prize for the Ghost The Musical Facebook Competition must claim their prize
within 5 working days of the announcement. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, Adelaide
Festival Centre Trust reserves the right to re-draw the competition if appropriate. The first winner has
no claim to any prizes should they fail to claim their prize within five working days of notification. If the
prize includes tickets to a performance, the tickets may be put back on sale.
8: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.

All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and not exchangeable, and must be used on the
dates specified by the Promoter. All prizes/giveaways are non-transferable. Winners must be able to
attend the event on the date specified. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason
beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. The Promoter may, subject to
State regulations, substitute a different prize of equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in
these terms and conditions. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated.
This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use
it as stated.
9: PUBLICITY MATERIALS
It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the
public the names, characters, likeness and voice of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental
to the Promotion. Entrants may be required by the Promoter to participate in any TV broadcast, photo,
recording, video and/or film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge that the Promoter
has the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including the internet) and in any
reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises the Promoter at the time of entering the
Promotion that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
By entering any Adelaide Festival Centre competition and/or give-away, the entrant warrants that the
submission (and any part thereof) is their own work, or that they have any permissions necessary from
the owner of the material to reproduce and distribute the work, and gives permission for Adelaide
Festival Centre to publish this content through its social media, website and E-Newsletter.
10: RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all
liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion
including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to
property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or
otherwise.
10: NO CORRESPONDENCE
All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are
exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any
other person will be entered into.

12. LATE ENTRIES
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted, late, lost or misdirected entries or
for any technical malfunction of any communication network.
